Day 113-Tutorial Block # 1
1. Pre-Sale tickets are available for the Girl’s playoff basketball game. The cost of the tickets are the same at the door--$ 5.00. The Girls play tonight at Edinboro University against Greenville at 8:00pm.
2. The Raffle Committee for the NHS Prom Show will meet on Friday during tutorial in Mrs. Lueck’s room.
3. There will be a Dodgeball Tournament this Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 1:00 PM, in our gym. The cost is $3.00 per player – 5 players to a team. The Deadline to enter is TODAY. There are forms/waivers that need to be completed for each team member in the office.
4. Zack Addis needs to report to the office after announcements today
5. Mrs. Bartone’s 1st block class please report to the classroom…. And her 2nd Block please report to the Library for today.
6. Bell Choir members have rehearsal after school today until 4pm.
Wedding Singer rehearsal for this evening is cancelled; all cast members are required to be at tomorrow night’s rehearsal.
7. Tyler Pasquarello please see Mr. Amenta in the office after announcements.

Day 112-Tutorial Block # 5
1. Pre-Sale tickets are available for the Girl’s and Boy’s playoff basketball games in the office. The cost of the tickets are the same at the door--$ 5.00. The Boys play tonight at Behrend against Warren at 8:00pm.. The Girls play tomorrow at Edinboro University against Greenville at 8:00pm.

You can bring your money and names of the players on your team to the office to register. There are forms/waivers that need to be completed for each team in the office.
4. There will not be show choir after school today.
Reminder to Marching Band Seniors, tomorrow is the last day to turn in your Russell M. Wood memorial scholarship application to Mr. Dearbeck.
5. Reminder to JETS Team members: meet outside the office at 7:45am Wednesday morning to depart for the competition. Remember your calculators and writing utensils!!
6. Student Council’s Bayhawks trip is now full. Those students who signed up should make sure they get their permission slip completed and turned in to Mr. Mikovich. |

Day 111-Tutorial Block # 4

2. ATTENTION ALL VARSITY & JV baseball players: there will be a MANDATORY meeting for players & a parent or guardian tonight at 6:15 pm in the RAMS cafeteria immediately after the open gym workout. EVERY PLAYER must be in attendance, as well as a minimum of 1 parent or guardian representing the player. If there are any questions, you must contact coach Miller ASAP.
3. Reminder to JETS team members…money for your t-shirts is due to either Kelly Higby or Ms. Schultz. There will be a final, mandatory team meeting today during tutorial!
4. Don’t forget to turn your lead & seed coloring sheet TODAY! Also, T-shirt orders are due this Friday March 2nd.
5. Tennis pre-season practice will be today outside weather permitting starting at 3:00pm.
6. Congratulations to Trevor McCray for placing 6th at the district 10 wrestling tournament. He now moves on to the regional tournament this weekend. Congratulations also goes out to Christian Bock, Eric Miller, Dan Daugherty & Tyler Wilbur for having great seasons this year. Congratulations to the Girl's basketball team for their win on Saturday over Sharon high school. Both the Boy's & Girl's teams continue on in the playoffs this week.
7. All bell choir members have rehearsal after school today until 4pm.
The following “Wedding Singer” cast members should be at rehearsal tonight, they are: Kaylie Peebles, Austin Boesch, Chase Hollingsworth, Alisha Simkovitch

1. Student Council is selling spots to attend the Erie Bayhawks game on March 6th. Spots are available to any junior or senior and are on a first come basis, please see Mr. Mikovich. Cost is $7.00 and you must have cash in hand to reserve one of the 35 spots available. Discipline or academic issues may keep you from going on this trip.
2. A FREE Financial Aid Seminar will be held at the Erie Maennerchor Club hosted by Erie Community Credit Union next Tuesday Feb. 28th…. Seating is limited and reservations are asked to be submitted by this Friday (Feb. 24th)—for more information please stop in the guidance office for a flyer.

3. At least two more National Honor Society members are needed to volunteer at EVES for the Read Across America Day on March 2nd. See Mrs. Lueck as soon as possible if you can help.
4. Please donate soup or cereal during lunches at the NHS table for “Help the Homeless Week.” If you donate, you will be allowed to wear pajamas tomorrow (Friday). Only if you donate. Reminder that all NHS members must donate!

Congrats to our Boys Basketball team for the win last night over Meadville!!

10. Mr. Amenta & Mr. Zona will start writing down the names of students who are “yelling” during the 3rd lunch this week and give them to me. I will check to see if numerous students are from the same class and I will start moving your entire classes’ lunch to the 2nd lunch, starting next week. Other students whose name I am given for yelling during lunch will receive 1 day of ISS for the first offense all the way to 3 days of ISS. Students who are not yelling, if you do not want to have your class moved to 2nd lunch, let Mr. Amenta or Mr. Zona know who is doing the yelling.
11. Select Bell Choir members that are playing “Rhapsody in Blue” have rehearsal after school today until 4pm.
Senior Marching Band members are reminded that your Russell M. Wood memorial scholarship applications are due by next Wednesday February 29th.

1. Honor Society students who are serving on the Fashion Show Raffle Committee: there is a mandatory meeting today in Mrs. Lueck’s room during tutorial.

4. Edinboro University is pleased to announce the 6th annual Northwestern PA High School Journalism Competition. The competition is open to all 11th and 12th graders who have an interest in print journalism, broadcast journalism or photojournalism. If you would like to compete please see the Guidance Office for more information.
